EXCHANGE POLICY

All vaporizer cartridge purchases are final unless there is material defect in the product. If you experience a leak and still smoke the entirety of the cartridge, we cannot issue exchange or refund. Flower and concentrates may be exchanged only if the products are undisturbed. Edibles are not exchangeable. No partial returns or exchanges are accepted of any kind, once any portion of the product is opened and/or used.
